taxes per night: adults CHF 5.20 children 12 - 16 years CHF 4.20 Children under 12 years are freed from the payment of the local tax.
Deposit
After a booking we require a deposit of 50% of the booking amount. You will receive the account details with the reservation confirmation.
Cancellation
Your deposit serves us as booking security. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation cost insurance
Do you have an insurance which covers the costs of the holiday home in case of illness or accident? If not, we recommend that you take out the ELVIA cancellation insurance of 4% of the rent at the time of booking. For further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Check-in from 2.00 to 8.00 pm - Check-out until 9.00 am Please let us know your arrival time a few day before your arrival. Check-in later then 8.00 pm we can just do if you tell us this in advance.
